We use paypal as our secure on line payment processor. When you "add to cart" you are actually
being directed to the paypal services. All our shipping costs are based on amounts and not weight
due to the large variety of our items. We offer standard ground shipping and two-day shipping for
United States destinations only. Two day shipping which is a higher cost option is available after you
add your item to the cart. We pride ourselves in getting your gift shipped out within one business
day of purchase. Our main shipper is United Parcel Service. We will send you the tracking information
as soon as your package has shipped. The shipping rates for standard ground delivery are as follows:

RETURN POLICY 

   All our animated plush and other merchandise are check thoroughly before they are shipped.
If for some reason any item arrives damaged due to shipping, please contact us within 5 days
for a replacement. We want you to be happy with your purchase and we will do whatever we can
